Tour Itinerary
- Day 1
Oslo
Arrive in Oslo. Balance of day free. Overnight at the Thon Hotel Opera located near
Oslo’s Central Station. (Itinerary can be reversed. Please note upon registration.)
- Day 2
Oslo – Flåm
Depart Oslo at 10:33am to Myrdal. Arrival 3:51pm. Change to the Flåm Line, deemed
by some as the most fantastic train ride in Europe. Descend the Flåm Valley, dropping
2800 feet within 13 miles. Arrive in the quaint fjord community of Flåm at 4:55pm.
Afternoon free. (If you prefer an earlier departure from Oslo at 8:11am with arrival
in Flåm at 2:22pm, specify upon registration.) Dinner and overnight at Fretheim
Hotel.

- Day 3
Flåm – Voss – Bergen
Breakfast at hotel. At 9:00am cruise the dramatic Aurland & Nærøy Fjords. Arrive
in Gudvangen at 11:00am. At 11:40am depart by bus to Voss, ascending the 13 hairpin
bends of the Stalheim Road. Arrival 12:55pm. Continue by train to Bergen at 1:14pm.
Arrival 2:22pm. (Later departures from Voss available upon request.) Overnight at
Clarion Admiral Hotel.

- Day 4
Bergen
Breakfast at hotel. At 11:00am join a 3-hour local sightseeing tour of Bergen including
Fantoft Stave Church and Troldhaugen, Edvard Grieg’s home. Afternoon free. Overnight
at the Clarion Admiral Hotel.
