Cruise the spectacular fjords, ride the fantastic Flåm Railway, journey to the sparkling Briksdal Glacier, and visit Oslo, Bergen, Ålesund and Trondheim! Optional extensions to northern Norway on board Hurtigruten are available. Tour participants have the opportunity to experience Northern Norway from Trondheim to Kirkenes on board Hurtigruten.

• Day 1: June 19 / July 16
  Mpls/St. Paul — Olso
  Depart the USA on your transatlantic flight. For estimated airfare supplements from other US cities or if requesting alternate travel dates or departure cities, please contact Brekke Tours.
• Day 2: June 20 / July 17
  Oslo
  Arrive at Gardermoen Airport Oslo. Transfer to hotel. Balance of day free to relax and adjust to time change. Welcome dinner and overnight at the Rica Victoria Hotel/ Grand Hotel.

• Day 3: June 21 / July 18
  Oslo
  Morning sightseeing tour of Oslo includes a visit to Vigeland Sculpture Park and the Viking Ship Museum. Afternoon and evening free for shopping and independent explorations. Dinner on own.

• Day 4: June 22 / July 19
  Oslo — Flåm — Voss
  Drive through the beautiful Hallingdal Valley to Gol. Continue to Hol and down the spectacular Aurland Valley to Flåm. Board the Flåm Railway, ranked as one of the top 20 train rides in the world. Within 13 miles, ascend 2800 feet to Myrdal, where we transfer to the famous Oslo/Bergen Railway and continue by train to Voss. Dinner and overnight at the historic Fleischer’s Hotel.

• Day 5: June 23 / July 20
  Bergen Excursion
  Excursion to Norway’s second largest city, Bergen. Our city sightseeing tour includes Troldhaugen, home of Norway’s renowned musician, the late Edvard Grieg. Time on own to walk through the historic Hanseatic Wharf, stroll through the colorful Fish Market or take other independent explorations prior to our return to Voss for dinner and overnight at hotel.

• Day 6: June 24 / July 21
  Voss — Loen
  Drive over the Vik Mountains. Ferry across the mighty Sognefjord from Vangsnes to Hella. Continue along the fjord to Sogndal and on the Fjærland road to Skei. Opportunity to purchase quality crafts and woven products at Audhild Viken’s Weaving Workshop. Afternoon excursion to the sparkling Briksdal Glacier. Proceed to Loen. Dinner and overnight at the lovely Alexandra Hotel.

• Day 7: June 25 / July 22
  Loen — Geiranger — Molde
  Cruise the renowned Geiranger Fjord from Hellesylt to Geiranger. Travel the “Golden Route,” ascending the Eagle Road. Continue to the famous Troll’s Path descending its steep and narrow hairpin bends. Proceed to Molde, the “City of Roses.” Dinner and overnight at the stunning Rica Seilet.

• Day 8: June 26 / July 23
  Molde — Trondheim
  Depart Molde and travel to the fishing village of Bud. Tour Ergan Kystfort, a defensive bunker built by the Germans during the occupation of Norway during WWII. Drive the Atlantic Ocean Road with the vast and boundless ocean on one side and majestic snow-clad mountain peaks on the other. Continue to Trondheim. Dinner and overnight at Radisson BLU Royal Garden Hotel.

  Trondheim
  Morning sightseeing tour of Trondheim includes a visit to the Nidaros Cathedral, one of the most splendid cathedrals in Scandinavia. Afternoon free. Farewell dinner and overnight at hotel.

  Trondheim — USA
