Depart Mpls/St.Paul on your transatlantic flight or request space from your home
city upon registration.
Day 2 Thurs., June 5 / June 26 / July 17 - Oslo
Arrive at Gardermoen Airport Oslo. Transfer to hotel in city center. Balance of
day free to relax and adjust to time change.Welcome dinner and overnight at Rica

Day 3 Fri., June 6 / June 27 / July 18 - Oslo
Morning sightseeing tour of Oslo includes a visit to Vigeland Sculpture Park, the
Viking Ship Museum and the Norwegian Folk Museum. Afternoon and evening free for

Day 4 Sat., June 7 / June 28 / July 19 - Oslo - Lillehammer/Øyer
Depart Oslo for the Olympic city of Lillehammer via Jevnaker. Opportunity to purchase
Norwegian glass/crystal at reduced prices at Hadeland Glassworks. Proceed to a local
farm where we meet a Norwegian family and savor a traditional Norwegian “middag”.
Continue to Lillehammer, nestled along the shores of Norway’s largest lake, Lake
Mjøsa. View the sites of the 1994 Winter Olympics. Dinner and overnight at Quality

Day 5 Sun., June 8 / June 29 / July 20 - Lillehammer/Øyer - Geiranger - Loen
Travel the Gudbrandsdal and Otta Valleys to Lom. Continue across the Grotli Mountains
to the fabulous fjord country.Weather permitting, drive to Dalsnibba Observation
Point for a spectacular view of the Geiranger Fjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
since 2005. Continue to Loen for dinner and overnight at the luxurious Alexandra

Day 6 Mon., June 9 / June 30 / July 21 - Loen - Voss
Morning excursion to the sparkling Briksdal Glacier. Drive to Skei. Opportunity
to purchase quality crafts and woven products at Audhild Viken’sWeavingWorkshop.
Continue via Sogndal to Hella. Cross the mighty Sognefjord to Vangsnes. Proceed
over the Vik Mountains to Voss. Dinner and overnight at the historic Fleischer’s

Day 7 Tues., June 10 / July 1 / July 22 - Norway in a Nutshell Excursion:
Depart Voss by train on the Oslo/Bergen Railway. At Myrdal change to the Flåm Line,
deemed by some as the most fantastic train ride in Europe. Descend the Flåm Valley,
dropping 2800 feet within 13 miles. Cruise the dramatic Aurland and Nærøy Fjords
(placed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2005) from Flåm to Gudvangen. Ascend the
13 hairpin bends of the thrilling Stalheim road. Return to Voss for dinner and overnight

Day 8 Wed., June 11 / July 2 / July 23 - Voss - Bergen
Drive to Bergen, Norway’s second largest city. Enjoy a city sightseeing tour including
a visit toTroldhaugen, the home of Norway’s internationally-known composer, the
late Edvard Grieg Tour concludes with a guided walk through the historic Hanseatic Wharf.

Day 9 Thurs., June 12 / July 3 / July 24 - Bergen - Stavanger
Morning free to stroll through the colorful Fish Market. Travel the coastal route
to Stavanger via Stord. Ferry from Halhjem to Sandvikvåg. Proceed to Arsvågen for
a ferry crossing to Mortavika. Drive the underwater tunnels from Rennesøy to Randaberg.
Continue to Stavanger. Dinner on own. Overnight at Radisson SAS Atlantic Hotel.

Morning sightseeing tour of Stavanger includes a visit to the Stavanger Cathedral.
Afternoon free. This modern Norwegian city, a hub of the North Sea oil exploration
