General Information

Reservations

• Full payment due at time of booking.
• A $25 shipping/handling fee is charged per order.

Conditions

• Travel must begin within 2 months of date of purchase. Once started, travel must be completed within 2 months.
• Tickets are actual travel documents and do not need to be exchanged.
• Prices are based on 2nd class train tickets along the selected route. It is generally started, travel must be completed within 2 months.
• Seat reservations are NOT included.
• No reservation necessary on the express boat, ferries or buses.
• Seat reservations are mandatory on express trains and recommended on all trains for longer journeys, especially in the summer months. Reservations can be made at a non-refundable fee of approx. $10 per seat reservation per person. Seat reservations will not be made unless requested by the client. If requested, please indicate preferred schedule.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Refunds (less 25% cancellation fee and a $25 handling fee) are ONLY available for wholly unused vouchers returned within 6 months of issue date. No refunds on handling and seat reservation fees, or any other booking fees.
