3-day unescorted package
Day 1 - STOCKHOLM-UPPSALA-TÄLLBERG
Drive to the colorful region of Dalarna which epitomizes all
things Swedish. Enroute you may visit Uppsala (if
returning to Stockholm this may be taken on the return)
should you wish to visit Falun and Sundborn. Dinner and
overnight at Klockargården (or similar) with view of Lake
Siljan, Sweden’s sixth largest lake.

Uppsala -
Tour the impressive Uppsala Cathedral.
Visit Linne’s Botanical Gardens - Visit the gardens of
the famous Swedish botanist, Carl von Linne, who
developed a classification system for the world’s
plants and flowers.

Sundborn - Tour the home of Carl Larsson, one of
Sweden’s most beloved artists.

Falun - Visit the famous Falun Copper Mine

Orsa & Orsa Grønnklitt, the largest bear park in
Northern Europe
Day 2 - EXCURSION IN AREA
Day free for independent excursion. Return to hotel for
dinner and overnight.
OPTIONS:

Nusnas - Visit the center for the production of the
traditional Dala wooden horses, the symbol of
Sweden. Starting as toys for children they are now
used as gifts from the Prime Minister on foreign
visits. See the craftsmen carve and paint the
country’s most popular symbol.

Mora - Visit the Zorn Museum, home of Sweden’s
renowned artist, Anders Zorn.
Day 3 - TÄLLBERG
Package ends following breakfast.
