Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Wednesday or Thursday Helsinki – Cruising

Depart from Helsinki to St. Petersburg in the evening at 6:00pm on board the M/S Princess Anastasia. The M/S Princess Anastasia is a modern passenger ferry built in Finland. Passengers of all nationalities traveling on Princess Anastasia can enjoy St. Petersburg for 72 hours without a Russian visa.

Day 2: Thursday or Friday St. Petersburg

Morning arrival in St. Petersburg. Join a panoramic city tour featuring the major highlights such as Admiralty; St. Isaac’s Cathedral; St. Nicolas Cathedral; Palace Square; Smolny Convent; and Peter and Paul Fortress. Overnight at the Ambassador's Hotel, located in the city center near the Mariinsky Theatre.

Day 3: Friday or Saturday St. Petersburg

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy a morning tour of the Hermitage Museum featuring Old Masters, state rooms of the Winter Palace and Impressionists´ Exhibition. Be ready for a long walk inside! Overnight at hotel.
Option: Substitute a tour of Yusupov Palace where the most dramatic episodes of the history of Russia took place, the murder of Grigori Rasputin.

Day 4: Saturday or Sunday St. Petersburg - Cruising

Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion to Pushkin, one of the former Imperial summer residences. Visit the beautiful Catherine´s Palace. Transfer to the ferry terminal for departure from St. Petersburg at 7:00pm.
Option: Substitute a tour to Peterhof Summer Palace, a magnificent ensemble on the Gulf of Finland, built in the 18th century as the summer residence of Russian czars with enormous parks and beautiful fountains. Supplement for this tour is $50 per person.

Arrive in Helsinki in the morning at 8:00am. Package ends upon arrival in Helsinki.
