DAY 1     WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25
Mpls/St. Paul – Oslo: Depart on your transatlantic flight.

DAY 2     THURSDAY, JUNE 26                                                                  [D]
Oslo: Arrive at Oslo Gardermoen Airport. Transfer to hotel in city center. Balance of day free to relax and adjust to time change. Welcome dinner and overnight at the luxurious Sommerro Hotel.

DAY 3     FRIDAY, JUNE 27                                                                          [B]
Oslo: Morning sightseeing tour of Oslo includes a visit to Vigeland Sculpture Park. Balance of day free. Dinner on own. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 4     SATURDAY, JUNE 28                                                                  [B]
Oslo – Lillehammer: Depart Oslo for Lillehammer via Jevnaker. Opportunity to purchase Norwegian glass/crystal at reduced prices at Hadeland Glassworks. Visit Kistefos, named as a must-see cultural destination” in 2020 by the New York Times. Built on the grounds of a historical pulp mill, Kistefos today offers world-class architecture, an Industrial Museum, two art galleries, and an impressive sculpture park with 53 sculptures in scenic surroundings. The new art gallery The Twist, is a gallery, a bridge and a sculpture all in one. Continue to Lillehammer. Dinner on own. Overnight at Scandic Victoria Lillehammer Hotel.

DAY 5     SUNDAY, JUNE 29                                                                       [B,D]
Lillehammer – Loen: View the sites of the 1994 Winter Olympics. Travel through the Gudbrandsdal and Otta Valleys to Lom. At Ringebu, visit the stave church built in the 13th century. Stop in Lom for a chance to explore the Stone Museum and shop in the jewelry gallery. Continue across the Grotli Mountains to the fabulous fjord country. Weather permitting, drive to Dalsnibba Observation Point for a spectacular view of the Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005. Continue to Loen for dinner and overnight Alexandra Hotel.

DAY 6     MONDAY, JUNE 30                                                                    [B,D]
Loen – Voss: Morning excursion to the sparkling Briksdal Glacier. Travel to Skei. Opportunity to purchase quality crafts and woven products at Audhild Viken’s Weaving Workshop. Drive to Mannheller. Ferry across the Sognefjord to Fodnes. Drive the world’s 2nd longest tunnel (15.2 miles) from Lærdal to Aurland. Continue to Voss for dinner and overnight at Fleischer’s Hotel.

DAY 7     TUESDAY, JULY 1                                                                       [B,D]
Norway in a Nutshell Excursion®: Morning ride on the Oslo/Bergen Railway to the mountaintop station of Myrdal. Switch to the famous Flåm Railway, deemed by some as the most fantastic train ride in Europe. Descend the Flåm Valley, dropping 2800 feet within 13 miles to Flåm. Afternoon cruise on the dramatic Aurlandfjord and Nærøyfjord (placed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2005) from Flåm to Gudvangen. Return to Voss by bus. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY 8     WEDNESDAY, JULY 2                                                              [B,L,D]
Voss – Os: Travel to the Hardanger region, known for its cherry, apple, and pear orchards. Tour and lunch at a local fruit farm. Proceed along the scenic Hardangerfjord to Os. Dinner and overnight fjordside at the stunning Solstrand Hotel and Bad with its magnificent view of the fjord and mountains.

DAY 9     THURSDAY, JULY 3                                                                  [B,D]
Excursion to Bergen: Excursion to Bergen or if preferred, unwind at the hotel’s wellness center or award-winning spa. Sightseeing tour of Bergen includes a guided walk through the historic Hanseatic Wharf. Time on own to stroll through the colorful Fish Market or take other independent explorations. Afternoon return to Solstrand for dinner and overnight.

DAY 10     FRIDAY, JULY 4                                                                       [B]
Os – Bergen – Depart: Tour ends following breakfast. Transfer to Bergen Flesland Airport for return flight.
